Web Design and Development WorkFlow

Design Phase

1). BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall develop and deliver to the Client the Demonstration version.
2). Upon delivery of the Demonstration Version, the Client shall request in writing any changes required to the Demonstration Version after which period BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall inform the Client, in its reasonable opinion, of which amendments it shall consider acceptable, appropriate and technically feasible and BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall incorporate such amendments into the Development Version.

Final Phase

1). BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall Develop and deliver to the Client the Development Version.
2). Upon delivery of the Development Version, the Client shall within 15 days request in writing any changes required to the Development Version after which period BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall inform the Client, in its reasonable opinion, of which amendments it shall consider acceptable, appropriate and technically feasible and BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall incorporate such amendments into the Final Version.

Upon completion and delivery of the Final Version shall provide the Hosting Services where purchased and specified in accordance with the BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED web hosting terms and conditions.

Maintenance

the Final Version and for a period of 12 months thereafter, BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall provide the Maintenance Services and the Client shall pay the Fees.
Maintenance includes an annual licence as described in these terms for one year.
web hosting or domain names must be paid prior to the expiration date of the said service. If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED can cancel the said service and not liable for any data lost as a result of the cancellation.

BVN Infotech will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the website. QUOTATIONS AND ESTIMATES

All quotations and estimates provided by BVN Infotech are valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.Quatations not accepted within this timeframe must be re-issued. Estimates may be provided by BVN Infotech Private Limited to offer the client a guide on the projected costing of a project prior to any discovery or research for said project. All estimates will be clearly marked as such and are not an indication of the exact final cost to develop the application. BVN Infotech Private Limited reserves the right to suspend the services/quotation at any time, without any prior information.

PAYMENT TERMS

All quotations provided by BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, require a 50% deposit upon acceptance.BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED will only commence work on the quoted application once any deposited funds have cleared.The customer will not be entitled for any service in case of delay in payment for more than 10 days from the final date of installation / date of project / module completion.If opted for service beyond the 12 months of maintenance period or as agreed by BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, The Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) will be normally applicable 40% (PERCENT) of original development cost of Project / Module; each year the development cost for new modules will be added to the initial development cost for the calculation of the AMC.
The recurring / renewal amount of the domain and hosting are subjected to change as per the market rates. BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, (including without limitation implied, warranties or conditions of information and context).
We accept cheque, bank transfers and cash.

A cancellation fee could be charged if the client cancels or discontinues the project midway. This fee could be in accordance to the state of the project at the point of discontinuance or cancellation Legal action will be initiated in case there is a nonpayment of overdue amount or cancellation fees.

Delivery and Approvals

The projects are usually divided into various stages and the work commencement on the next stage only begins once the payment for the completed stage is made as per the agreement.On completion of the project, the developed website would be uploaded to the customer end of our website for approval. The website is transferred to destination server after approval. However, we reserve the right to delay this transfer until the full realization of payment is done.

Alterations

Any alterations requested by the client after development has begun will incur extra development and regression testing time. Dependent upon the alteration or change requested an average of 3 days extra development time per alteration should be allowed for. The 3 day average may not be indicative of the time required and can be extended commensurate of the time involved to implement said changes.

If BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED are required to correct said alterations or errors resulting from said alterations, induced, injected or otherwise caused by parties other than BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, the client will be charged at the hourly rate that is current for BVN INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED at the time said errors are to be fixed.

Timescale

We put in our full efforts to complete the project on time. We begin the work on clients’ projects only after receiving the agreed upon deposit that could be anywhere between 30 to 50% of the agreed price. However, the timelines may need to be extended depending on the factors that are beyond BVN INFOTECH control.

Jurisdiction

All the terms shall be interpreted and governed as per the Indian law. All parties irrevocably consent that Indian courts would have the exclusive jurisdiction towards settling disputes that originate from, in connection or under the terms and conditions listed here. You confirm the acceptance of these terms and conditions when you place an order with us.

CHANGES TO SITE AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
